The past two days have gone by fast. Eating healthy takes a lot of preparation and work. I’m starving by 4pm despite a good lunch and snacks throughout the day. As of today, I’ve run out of food but luckily I have just three days to go. I vow the first thing I will do is have a cup of coffee. Not for the high but for the warmth and taste it brings me that’s left an empty hole in my psyche each morning. What’s up with the red velvet cupcake? Just a snapshot of my battlefield.
