How Cherry Ice Cream Saved My life November 22, 2010

I walked in the door to the smell of cupcakes cooking in the oven. The regular kind. My daughter, an aspiring pastry chef, is trying a new recipe from the Food Network for yellow cake and home made chocolate cream cheese frosting. Nothing will create a glorious glutenous break down faster than cupcakes. I grab an avacado and it was perfect, not over or under ripe and creamy. But it wasn’t cake. Quick! She hands me a pint of TJ’s soy cherry ice cream and it’s heaven. I ate it right out the box. The best way to eat ice cream!

Trader Joe’s cherry ice cream is gluten and lactose free for under 5 bucks.
